Women's Tennis to Compete at ITA Northeast Regional

The Columbia women's tennis team will compete in the ITA Northeast Regional Championships starting Wednesday at the Hamlin/Hecht Tennis Centers on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania. The event will run from October 18-23.

Murphy Named STATS FCS National Defensive Player of the Week

Football Claims Three of Four Ivy League Weekly Awards

Columbia claimed three of the Ivy League's four weekly football awards as sophomore wide receiver Josh Wainwright was named the Offensive Player of the Week, sophomore linebacker Michael Murphy earned the Defensive Player of the Week award and first-year linebacker Justin Woodley was named the league's Rookie of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon.

Football Moves to 5-0 With 34-31 OT Win Over Penn

Sophomore wide receiver Josh Wainwright caught a game-winning 24-yard pass from senior quarterback Anders Hill to give Columbia a 34-31 walk-off, come-from-behind overtime win against Penn Saturday at Robert K. Kraft Field at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium. After Wainwright gathered in the game-winning touchdown, many of the season-high 13,081 fans stormed Robert K. Kraft Field in celebration.

Football Returns to South Lawn for Final Walk Through

The Columbia Football Team returns to the Columbia University South Lawn for a final walk through this afternoon at 5 p.m. Kickoff for Columbia's 73rd annual Homecoming Game on Saturday at Robert K. Kraft Field at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium against Penn is at 1:30 p.m. ET. The game will be televised live on Eleven Sports Network and simulcast on the Ivy League Network.

Milstein Named Ivy League Special Teams Player of the Week

Sophomore placekicker Oren Milstein was named the Ivy League Special Teams Player of the Week, the conference announced on Monday afternoon. Milstein earned the honor for the third time in his career as he was selected for the award on Oct. 10, 2016 and Oct. 24, 2016.

Football Improves to 4-0 with 41-17 Win at Marist

The victory gave Columbia its first 4-0 start to a season since 1996 and its fifth consecutive victory and longest win streak since 1996. The 24-point win also marked Columbia's largest margin of victory since a 28-point win over Princeton (42-14) on Oct. 2, 2010.

When Columbia's 64-player travel roster was informed that the Lions would be conducting its pre-game walk through at a "football field somewhere in New Jersey," no one assumed that it would be at 82,500-seat MetLife Stadium. The Lions were visibly moved and surprised when the team's three buses drove into the Meadowlands and pulled into the MetLife Stadium loading dock.

Anderson, Hill Named September Student-Athletes of the Month
