The Columbia women's golf team ended day one and the first 36 holes at the highly competitive Cardinal Cup in 14th place. Columbia shot a 48-over-par 309-315-624 on Saturday at the University of Louisville Golf Course. The Lions will tee off the event's final 18 holes on Sunday at 9:15 a.m.

Women's Golf Concludes Fall Season at Cardinal Cup

The Columbia women's golf team travels to its final invitational of the fall season when it will compete at the 14th annual 54-hole, two-day Cardinal Cup this weekend. Competition begins at the University of Louisville Golf Course on Saturday at 9:15 a.m. when all teams tee off. The Lions are in will be in Simpsonville Friday for a practice round.

Dilawari Moves Up 24 Spots at Yale Intercollegiate

After shooting a two-over-par 73 on Saturday, Columbia sophomore Ridhima Dilawari moved up 24 spots from 53rd place into 29th place at the Yale Women's Intercollegiate. Columbia, which stands in 12th place at 48-over-par 308-308-616, tees off the final round at 8:30 a.m.

Columbia is one of 15 teams competing at this weekend's Yale Intercollegiate on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Course at Yale. The three-day, 54-hole event, played at par-71, 6,007-yard Course at Yale, will feature 18 holes on Friday, 18 holes on Saturday and 18 holes on Sunday.

Dilawari Finishes in Sixth Place at Princeton Invitational

Sophomore Ridhima Dilawari led three Columbia golfers in the top-25 as she finished in sixth place Sunday during the final round of competition at the Princeton Invitational. As a team, Columbia moved up one spot on Sunday as it finished in sixth place with a 65-over-par 314-310-305-29 at the two-day event at the Springdale Golf Club. The Lions were one of six Ivy League teams competing in the weekend event.

Columbia will tee off the final 18 holes Sunday morning at 8:30 a.m.
