
Senior Camille Zimmerman has been named First Team All-Met by the Met Basketball Writers Association. The MBWA announced its Div. I women's honors and awards on Tuesday.

Camille Zimmerman has signed a professional contract with the Minnesota Lynx of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), as announced by the team on Tuesday. Zimmerman will join the reigning WNBA champions at the team's training camp. The Lynx will announce their training camp plans at a later date.

The Columbia women's basketball team bids farewell to its senior class in the final two games of the regular season this weekend at Levien Gymnasium. The Lions host Dartmouth Saturday, followed by Harvard on Sunday. Both games will start at 2 p.m., with a Senior Day ceremony scheduled prior to the start of Saturday's game against the Big Green.

Imani Whittington was selected Ivy League Co-Rookie of the Week for women's basketball by the league office on Monday. Whittington averaged 15.5 points and shot 52.2 percent to help this Lions go 1-1 on the road over the weekend.
