NEW YORK – No.7 Columbia men's squash team capped the 2016 calendaer year with a victory on Sunday, Dec.4. The Lions dominated No.11 George Washington, 9-0, to earn their second win of the season to improve to 2-1.

Hartford, Conn. – The No.7 Columbia men's squash team suffered its first loss of the season, 8-1, to top-ranked Trinity on Friday, Dec. 2 at the Kellner Squash Center. Osama Khalifa was impressive in his victory at the top position taking the match 11-8, 11-8, 11-4.

NEW YORK - The No.7 Columbia men's squash team will cap the 2016 calendar year with a pair of matches this weekend, starting with a trip to top-ranked Trinity on Friday, Dec. 2 for a 2 p.m. match. The Lion's share a special connection with the Bantams as Columbia head coach Jacques Swanepoel was two-time All-American at Trinity as player, and helped lead them to four consecutive national championships (2003, 2004, 2005,2006).

NEW YORK - The No.7 Columbia men's squash team will begin its 2016-17 campaign on Saturday, Nov.19 at 2 p.m. in a home opening match against No.9 Drexel (2-0) at SL Green StreetSquash. Graduating only a couple players from the 2015-16 squad, the Lions return the bulk of last year's team that capped the season competing in the Potter Cup (A Division) and placed seond in Ivy League play behind a 5-2 record.
