Columbia opened its spring 2018 season with back-to-back victories over Rhode Island (7-0) and Saint Peter¿s (7-0) in a women¿s tennis doubleheader Friday at Dick Savitt Tennis Center. With the two victories, Columbia head coach Ilene Weintraub CC¿02 became the first coach in school history to win 100 career dual matches. She is already the winningest coach in program history. The day also marked Weintraub¿s birthday as the team celebrated with cake after the matches.
