Lacrosse Returns To Host Brown On Saturday

On Saturday, April 21 at 1 p.m., the Columbia lacrosse team will look to keep its Ivy League tournament hopes alive as they return to Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium to host Brown (8-5, 1-4 Ivy). The Lions currently sit in a three-team tie with Yale and Cornell in the fourth spot of the conference standings. Football Spring Game Set for Saturday at 11 a.m.

Columbia Football will host its 2018 spring game Saturday at Robert K. Kraft Field at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium. Kickoff is at 11 a.m. followed by the team's annual spring barbecue. Admission to the spring game is free.

Riding a three-match home win streak, the Columbia women's tennis team concludes its 2017-18 season this weekend when it hosts Brown on Saturday and Yale on Sunday at Dick Savitt Tennis Center. Columbia Football Announces Coaching Staff Additions

Columbia University's Patricia and Shepard Alexander Head Coach of Football Al Bagnoli officially announced several coaching staff appointments and promotions on Wednesday. Defensive Assistant Andrae Murphy has been promoted to Secondary Coach and will now oversee the direction of the Lions' defensive backs, while former Columbia coaching staff member Joe D'Orazio has been named the Lions' new Running Backs Coach and Director of Learning & Team Development. Bagnoli also announced the addition of two new coaching staff members: Offensive Assistant Gregory Skjold and Defensive Assistant Andrew Kukesh.ld and Defensive Assistant Andrew Kukesh.

Zimmerman Signs WNBA Contract with Minnesota Lynx

Camille Zimmerman has signed a professional contract with the Minnesota Lynx of the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA), as announced by the team on Tuesday. Zimmerman will join the reigning WNBA champions at the team's training camp. The Lynx will announce their training camp plans at a later date.
