Quinn Scores Game-High Four Goals In Season Opener At Drexel

PHILADELPHIA - Senior Taylor Quinn had a phenomenal opening day on Sunday, Feb. 19 for the Columbia lacrosse team, including a game-high five points on four goals and an assist, two ground balls and two draw control. However, after slow starts in both periods the Lions comeback charges fell short in Philadelphia as Drexel handed Columbia a 14-8 defeat.

NEW YORK – For the second consecutive season and the first under head coach Andrea Cofrin, the Columbia women's lacrosse team were among the top collegiate programs recognized by the Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association with the Academic Honor Squad Award for the 2016 season. To be recognized as an IWLCA/Zag Sports Academic Honor Squad, a team must have a collective grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
