Won all four matches at the EIWA Championships, including a semifinal victory over No. 17 Doug Vollaro of Lehigh (6-2), before a finals win against No. 20 Joey Goodhart from Drexel (7-3) ... 2015-16: Picked up an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships for the second straight season, putting up a 23-10 overall record ... Topped Franklin & Marshall's Antonio Pelusi, 2-0, to earn his first career win at NCAAs ... Earned first team All-Ivy League honors for the second time in his career, after going 5-0 against the conference ... Finished the regular season 22-8 at heavyweight ... Tallied eight consecutive victories during the dual season, helping Columbia to close out wins against Buffalo, Binghamton, Brown and Penn ... Won two matches at both the Cliff Keen Invitational and the Midlands Championships ... Started the season with three wins at the Hokie Open.
2014-15: Earned a trip to the NCAA Championships and while taking home Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors during his first season wrestling for Columbia ... Posted a 22-14 record at heavyweight while going 4-1 in the Ivy League on his way to first team All-Conference honors and the league's Rookie of the Year Award ... Took sixth at the EIWA Championships (3/6-3/7) helping Columbia to a fourth place team finish at the event, and narrowingly missing an automatic bid to NCAAs ... Earned an at-large bid to the NCAA Championships (3/19), dropping his only two matches ... Knocked off the No. 5 seed David Ng of Harvard at the EIWA Championships in the second round (3-1) after a pin of Sacred Heart's Daniel Hayden in the first round ... Defeated Wisconsin's Brock Horwath (2-0) at the Midlands Championships (12/29-12/30) helping him to a seventh place finish in the heavyweight division ... Finished third at the New York State Championships (11/23) including a first round fall over Brockport State's Cole Tristram in the third place match.
