2017 Second Team All-Ivy League

2016 Second Team All-Ivy League

2017: Earned an All-Ivy League Second Team selection...Started in all 16 games and led the Lions with a team-high 5 five assists...Tallied a goal and an assist in the a 3-0 win ver Dartmouth (10/21)... Assisted both goals in the Lions 2-0 upset win over No. 11 Princeton (10/14)... Added an assist in the Lions record-setting 11-0 win over Wagner (9/24)...Tallied first career assist in the Lions 5-0 win over Sacred Heart (9/8)... Scored Columbia's first goal of the season in the home opener against Hofstra (8/25).

2016: Earned an All-Ivy League Second Team selection... Made the Sun Devil Desert All-Tournament Team (9/04)… Started all 17 games the Lions played as a sophomore... Scored Columbia's only goal in a 2-1 overtime loss to Yale (10/29)... Scored her first collegiate goal against Cornell (9/23).

2015: Saw action in all 16 games in her rookie season.

At Riverdale County School: A dual-athlete throughout high school, Hemmings was a four-time letterwinner in track and field and a three-time letterwinner in soccer. The center-forward was named to the NYC All-Ivy Team from 2012-14. She joined the Lions on the field after a stellar high school career that included receiving All-Bronx Player of the Year and Most Valuable Player honors in her senior season when she scored 22 goals. To go along with her soccer accomplishments, Amaris has been regarded as one of the top track performers, winning an Ivy Championship in 100m and competing in the 100m and 200m in the NY State Championships.

Personal: Enrolled at Columbia College ... Majors in Pyschology.
