Fall 2011: Advanced to the semifinals of the D singles bracket at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational, upsetting No.3 seed Robert Wong from Penn and Daniel Faierman of Yale, before falling to the No.2 seed in the semifinals … had a win in the first round of the USTA National Tennis Center Invitational, beating Mark Milbrandt from Penn.
Spring 2011: Went 3-1 in singles in the Ivy League, playing in the No.6 spot, and 6-6 overall … had a 7-12 doubles record … had singles wins over Yale, Brown and Penn … had non-conference wins over Stony Brook, SMU and Texas-Arlington … scored Columbia’s lone point in loss to #58 SMU, beating Rober Sajovich, 5-7, 6-1, 10-8.
Fall 2010: Played in the Princeton Invitational, USTA Men’s Collegiate Invitational, the Columbia Classic, and ITA Regionals.
Spring 2010: Member of the 2010 Ivy League Championship team … Went 6-4 in singles, playing in the No. 5 spot … went 10-8 in doubles with partner Kevin Kung, in the No. 3 spot. … had Ivy wins over opponents from Dartmouth and Cornell … also beat opponents from Boston College, Stony Brook, George Washington, St. John’s, and No. 42 Texas Christian.
Fall 2009: Beat Penn State’s C.J. Griffin in the first round of the C singles bracket at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational … won a first round match at the ITA Regionals, over Krik Kreutzer of Boston College.
Spring 2009: Went 9-2 overall in singles, playing mostly in the No. 6 spot, including a 5-2 conference record … was 11-4 in doubles overall, with partners Dan Urban and Bogdan Borta … helped the Lions’ earn at least a share of the Ivy League title with his match-clinching singles win against Penn … beat Ivy opponents from Princeton, Penn, Dartmouth, Harvard and Brown.
Fall 2008: Recorded two wins in the “B” singles draw of the Princeton Invitational, including a tight match against Yale’s Jordan Abergel, 7-6 (3), 6-4, and a win over Princeton’s Ravi Yegya-Raman, 6-3, 6-0.
At Horace Mann: Ranked in the top 5 juniors in the East and the top 200 in the nation.
