Coach Mangurian on Hamilton Garner: Has moved into a leadership role, leading by example. Had every reason to fade away, didn’t play to his potential last season. Stayed focused and recommitted himself to the good of the team. Needs to improve his on-line blocking, improve coverage recognition and route running. Had too many drops a year ago. I trust this guy; he has overcome and refused to make excuses. His teammates see it also. Has a lot of work to do.
