2017: As senior co-captain made 8 starts in 11 games played and tallied three assists on the year... Assisted game-winning goal in  a 1-0 overtime win against Penn (10/6)... Tallied an assist in the Lions record-setting 11-0 win over Wagner (9/24)... Assisted Columbia'a first goal of the season in a 1-1 draw vs. Hofstra (8/25)...

2016: Played in all 17 games for the Lions... Scored Columbia's lone goal at Harvard (11/5)... Assisted the winning goal in an overtime win at Penn (10/8).

2015: Tallied an assist in the Lions' 2-1 win over Dartmouth (10/24)... Recorded first-career assist at Princeton (10/17)... Fired in the Lions' only goal against Lafayette (10/13)... Scored her first goal of the season with a shot from nearly 40-yards out in a 3-0 victory over Wagner (8/30).

2014: Scored her first-career goal with an aggressive header in a 4-0 victory over Lafayette (10/28/14)… Played in all 17 games for the Lions. 

At MICDS: Militello was a two-sport athlete in basketball and soccer at MICDS, earning varsity letters all four years in both sports. In her rookie season, she led the Rams on the pitch in goals with 10 and points with 22.  Her sophomore season saw a big jump in production, to 23 goals, 26 assists, and 72 points. She continued to be the team’s main offense threat, leading the team in all three categories throughout her career. In 2013, Militello was named Metro League Player of the Year, leading the team to its best record in school history at 17-5.
