Prior To Columbia: Mann comes to Columbia as a three-sport athlete with 12 varsity letters at Manheim Township High School including, lacrosse, swimming and tennis. On the field, she excelled as an attacker with exponentially growing performances year-by- year, including a junior season where she produced 30 goals, 33 assists, 16 DC , 32 CTO and a senior year that saw 42 goals, 76 assists, 20 DC, 38 CTO. A three-time Lancaster-Lebanon League All-Star, Mann was also named the Lebanon League Most Valuable Attacker in her senior year. She led the team in capturing four consecutive League Championships and three District Championships.

Her class valedictorian, Mann is also a National Merit Letter of Commendation recipient, an AP Scholar with distinction, a National Honor Society member, the United States Army Reserve National Scholar Athlete and the Society of Women Engineers (Philadelphia Section) Certificate for Highest Honor in Science and Mathematics recipient.
