CAMBRIDGE, MA –  Columbia fell in it's final match of the season, 3-6 to St. Lawrence in the 3/4 playoff of the 2017 Potter Cup (A Division) at CSA Team Nationals. 

Osama Khalifa completed his undefeated playoff in the No. 1 spot with a win over St. Lawrence's Mohamed El Gawarhy. Carter Robitaille also went 3-0 this weekend in the 4/5 spot.

This match concluded the Lions historic season in which Columbia was ranked No. 2 in the nation for the first time in program history. 

The Lions will lose three key members of their lineup: Rishi Tandon, Joshua Sekhar and Richard Soper to graduation, but return the majority of their starting line up next season.
