NEW YORK—Columbia men's golf coach Rich Mueller officially announced the program's 2017 recruiting class on Friday morning. Columbia will welcome four golfers to the 2017-18 team including Arjun Puri, John Robertson, Dan Terrell and John Youn Sung Kim.

“We've again found four highly capable young men whose junior golf careers precede them,” Mueller said. “This group brings heaps of experience, prior success on the national and international level and a strong desire to win an Ivy League Championship. When you couple this recruiting class with the foundation built by our large senior class this year, good things are going to happen.”

The four student-athletes join six returning letterwinners including seniors Joshua Suh and Curtis Chan, junior Sunny Yan and sophomores Nick Brisebois, Cullen Chung and 2017 Ivy League Rookie of the Year Jeremy Perna.

Since taking over the men's program in 2005, Mueller has guided Columbia men's golf to four Ivy League team championships, five NCAA post-season appearances and 25 All-Ivy League individual golf performances.
