At Amador: Allen comes to Columbia as a four-year captain at Amador Valley and a four-year captain of the Mustang ECNL Magic.  Along with earning East Bay Athletic League and Amador Valley's Most Valuable Player awards, she boasts a No. 6 national ranking by TopDrawerSoccer as a Goalkeeper and received a national ranking of No. 95 in the IMG Academy Top 150 for all positions in the class of 2017.

No stranger to the national stage, Allen attended the 2014 Puma Women's Elite Showcase and Nike National Training Camp. Allen joined the U14 Girls National Team camp for the US Soccer Federation National Training Center, participating in all sessions from 2012-2014. Also a two-time ECNL PDP Northwest Camp invitee, Allen is well-experienced in high-level competition.

Boasting a 4.0 GPA, Allen demonstrated great success in the classroom, being honored as a four-year North Coast Section Scholar-Athlete, a two-time gold medalist in the Grand Concours National French Contest, a HOSA State Finalist in the Forensic Medicine event, a National Society High School Scholars Member and a National Merit Scholarship Finalist.

Juliet's sister, Marina, was an NCAA Division I athlete-athlete at Santa Clara University where she was a four-year starter and record holder for the women's water polo team.
