2016-17: (XC) Began the season with a fourth place finish at the Stony Brook Invitational, where he posted an 8K time of 25:53.9 helping the Lions run away with a team gold ... Finished the Paul Short Run in 24:19.5 coming in 39th and assisting the Lions to a 5th place team finish. (T&F) Became the Ivy League Champion in the 5,000m run, taking the tape in 14:13.41 at Outdoor Heps ... Qualified for the NCAA East Prelims in the event ... Clocked a season best 14:00.56 at the Stanford Invitational in the 5,000m, winning his heat in the process ... Ran a career best 3:53.90 in the 1,500m run at the Virginia Challenge ... Finished fourth in the 3,000m at Indoor Heps in 8:14.11 ... Helped Columbia to a third place finish in the DMR at Indoor Heps, running the anchor leg.
