NEW YORK—Columbia claimed four Columbia Invitational Women’s Tennis titles—first-year Paulina Ferrari (Bronx Draw) and sophomore Renee Ren (Manhattan Draw) won singles titles, while first-year Christie Wan/senior Adi Milstein (Doubles 2 Final) and junior Andrea Kevakian/sophomore Renee Ren (Doubles 3 Final) claimed doubles titles—on Sunday morning as the five competing teams completed the season-opening invite at Dick Savitt Tennis Center.

In singles titles, Columbia’s Ferrari won the Bronx Final with a 1-6, 7-6 win over senior Adi Milstein, Ren registered a 6-2, 6-4 win over St. John’s Delia Arranz in the Manhattan Final. In doubles, Wan and Milstein claimed a 6-2 Doubles 2 title win over St. John’s Collins and Stanicz, while Ren and Kevakian defeated Boston U’s Flaxa and O’Fagen 6-3 in the Doubles 3 Final.


Eight Columbia individuals or doubles teams (five singles players and three doubles teams) advanced to the finals in the draws.
