 PRINCETON, N.J. – Junior John Gregorek, ran the nation’s eighth best time in the 3,000m steeplechase with a winning time of 8:52.85 to highlight the Columbia track & field team’s opening day at the 13th annual Sam Howell Memorial Invitational. The Lions posted a number of strong performances in the two day meet at Weaver Stadium
