Cambridge, Mass. - For the second time in three seasons, the Colmubia men's squash team will cap the season in the nation's top 10, following a runner-up finish in the Hoehn Cup (B Division) of the CSA National Championships on Sunday, Feb. 16.

After defeating Drexel in the opening round and an upset win over second seed Western Ontario in the semi-finals, the Lions fell short in the finals to top-seeded Princeton, 5-4.

With another sweep in the tournament on Sunday, Ramit Tandon went 3-0 at the No. 1 position through the weekend. He was joined by teammates Joshua Sekhar at No. 6 and Alex Nalle at No. 9 with unblemished runs.
Mohammed AbdelMaksoud held off Princeton's David Hoffman at the No. 3, position winning 12-14,11-7,13-11,9-11,11-8.
The Lions finish the 2013-14 season with an 8-7 winning record, including the programs first ever win over Ivy League for Dartmouth. With their second winning season in the program's four young years, Columbia continues to make huge strides among the nation's best.
