Arielle Robinson is in her second year as Columbia University’s Assistant Director of Facility Operations.
Among her many duties include supervising the recreation facility, managing some aspects of staff including the hiring, scheduling, training, supervising and payroll accounting, oversees Inventory, maintains upkeep of fitness equipment, and game day facility setup/breakdown for a variety of sports including women’s basketball, volleyball, wrestling and fencing.
Prior to beginning her position at Columbia, Robinson worked as the assistant recreation manager at Albert Einstein College of Medicine for one year after serving as a health fitness professional at Health Fitness Corporation for four years (2010-14). During that time, she was a basketball coach and director of operations at Mo’ Motion, Inc. in New York City, where she handled administrative duties and managed basketball workouts for youth ages 5-16. She also served as a personal trainer at L.A. Fitness.
Robinson graduated in 2009 from Temple University with a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology and exercise science.
