NEW YORK – Columbia Football will host Penn during Homecoming weekend on Saturday, October 13 at 1:30 p.m.

The Lions and Quakers are both 1-3 overall and 0-1 in the Ivy League.

The Lions won their home opener on September 22 against Marist, 31-7, but have since dropped contests at Princeton, 42-32, and at Lafayette, 29-0. Columbia lost on opening weekend at Fordham, 27-10.
Penn defeated Georgetown, 42-13, on October 6, after losing its first three games of the season. The Quakers fell in their season opener against Lafayette, 8-7, at Villanova, 34-14, and at Dartmouth, 21-13.
Columbia quarterback Craig Hormann has risen in the Lions' career record books, as he is now third all-time with 4,563 passing yards and 430 pass completions. Hormann is currently third in the Ivy League with 216.8 passing yards per game, and fifth in total offense with 209.5 yards per contest.

Columbia junior varsity football plays its opening game vs. Princeton at Lawrence A. Wien Stadium on Sunday, October 14 at 1 p.m. The junior varsity game originally scheduled for October 26 vs. Colgate has been cancelled.
