BEDMINSTER, N.J. – The Columbia women’s golf team will enter the final round of the 2013 Ivy League Championship in fifth place as a team, following a second round cumulative score of 322. Junior Jane Dong will enter the final 18 holes in ninth place on the individual leaderboard after carding a two-over 74 Saturday. 

Classmate Michelle Piyapattra will begin the final round two spots back, tied for 11th after posting a second-round 80. First-year Lilette Mocio remains in the top-20, recording an 84 on day to finish tied for 19th.

Two more first-years, Monique Ishikawa and Spenser Krut, head into the final day of their first Ivy League Championship tied for 27th. Krut matched Mocio’s 84, while Ishikawa ended the second round with an 89. Each has a combined score of 168.

The final round of the 2013 Ivy League Championship from Trump National in Bedminster, N.J. is slated to begin at 8 a.m. Sunday morning. Krut will be the first Lion to tee off at 8:45, with her teammates to follow in nine-minute intervals.
