NEW YORK - The Ivy League race will continue on Saturday, Oct. 22 at 4 p.m. for the Columbia women's soccer team as they host Dartmouth in their home finale at Rocco B. Commisso Stadium. The Lions will look to take a stronger hold on the top spot in the conference standings, currently in first-place at 4-0 with 12 points.

Prior to the 4 p.m. kick-off, the Lions will hold a ceremony honoring its senior captains Madeline Linde, Allison Spencer and Grace Taylor for their contributions to the Columbia women’s soccer program before they take the pitch in the final home regular season match of their careers.

LATEST VICTORY: In a return to the newly renovated Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium for the first match this season, two goals in a span of less than two minutes in the final half lifted the Columbia women’s soccer team to a 2-0 victory over Princeton on Saturday, Oct. 15. The Lions are off to its best Ivy League start in program history, improving to 4-0 for the first time, while tightening its hold on the top spot in conference as the only undefeated team.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME: In the midst of constructing a new Season Air-Supported Structure in the Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium, the Columbia soccer teams played three contests that were initially scheduled at home, at Fairleigh Dickinson University's newly resurfaced field at University Stadium.The Lions played matches against Saint Joseph's (9/16), Cornell (9/23) and Lafayette (10/11).
