BEALLSVILLE, Md.—The Columbia women’s golf team is one of five Ivy League schools competing at the 12th annual Hoya Invitational held Monday and Tuesday at the Four Streams Golf Course. The 54-hole Hoya Invitational will be played on the challenging par-72, 6,127-yard Four Streams course.
Hosted by Georgetown University, Columbia is one of 15 teams in the field. Teams competing include Boston University, Bucknell, Georgetown, Monmouth, Penn, Princeton, Richmond, Rollins, Seton Hall, South Florida, St. John’s, Stephen F. Austin, Towson and Yale.
The field will tee off on Monday morning at 9 a.m. and play 36 holes with the final 18 holes starting on Tuesday at 9 a.m. A practice round will be held on Sunday, March 29.
The event is Columbia’s third of the spring season and with five Ivy League teams featured, will provide a preview for the Ivy League Championships, scheduled for April 21-23 in Orlando, Fla. Columbia previously competed at the 3M Augusta Invitational (March 17-19) and the Clemson Invitational (March 31-April 2).
