Connolly’s responsibilities include assisting with player development, scouting and strategy, recruiting operations and analytics.

“Kerry is extremely driven and hardworking," head coach Megan Griffith stated. "He has valuable connections in the greater New York area as a recruiter and will be a strong asset to our program.”

Among his many responsibilities, Connolly was in charge of compiling video for opponent scouting and game preparation, analytical offensive and defensive breakdowns, and producing motivational team highlight videos.

Connolly has five years of coaching experience with Long Island Lutheran High School girls’ varsity basketball. He assisted the team to three New York State Federation Championships (2013, ’14, ’15) and guided 15 players to Division I scholarships.
