2006-07 Track Season: Member of 4x800m that captured title at Outdoor Heps (8:52.29); finished second in 800m with time of 4:29.04...part of 4x400m relay that finished eighth and set new school record (3:41.55) at NCAA Regionals...member of distance medley team that placed 12th at Championship of America at Penn Relays with second fastest time in school history (11:30.62)...placed sixth in 800m at ECAC Championships with time of 2:08.67; part of 4x800m relay that finished second at ECAC Championships (8:53.25)...ran the 400m in 57.89 at Larry Ellis Invitational...placed second in 800m at Long Beach State Invitational (2:11.39)...member of 4x800m relay that set new school and meet record (8:49.37), winning the Indoor Heps and earning first All-Ivy League honors...finished ninth in 800m at Indoor Heps (2:12.78)...member of distance medley team that placed second at New Balance Invitational with third-best time in Columbia history (11:25.17)...placed second in 1000m at Yale-Dartmouth Invitational, crossing in 2:55.41...was sixth at Metropolitan Championships in 500m in 1:16.98.

2006 Cross Country Season: Finished 10th in the Leopard Invitational, her first major cross country race, in a time of 21:11.1 ... in that race, she was the top Columbia finisher and led the split team to a third-place finish ... ran at the Heptagonal Ivy League Championship.

2005-06 Season: Finished sixth in the 800m at the Outdoor Heps (2:08.95) ... anchored the ECAC Champion 4x800m relay team that ran 8:53 ... ran 2:11.21 in the 800m at the Mt. SAC Relays ... ran 2:11.82 at the ECAC Indoor Championships to finish 10th ... part of the ECAC champion 4x800m relay that ran 8:54.02.

2004-05 Season: Member of the 4x800m relay that won the Quaker Invitational by more than 20 seconds ... qualified for the NCAA regional by running the second fastest time in school history at the ECAC Championships (2:08.42) ... took second in the 800m at the Met Championships with a time of 2:11.24 ... took second in the 400m at the Larry Ellis Invitational (57.14) ... member of the 4x800m that took seventh at the Penn Relays ... ran a 2:08.7 lead off leg ... earned second-team All-Ivy honors by running in the second-place 4x800m relay.

2003-04 Season: After posting an 800 meter victory at the Armory Invitational indoors, came into her own outdoors ... third in the 800 (2:13.42) and first with the distance medley relay (12:01.19) at the Met Championships ... placed twice at the Heptagonals seventh in the 800, in 2:10.98, and fourth with the 4x800 relay, in 8:54.29 ... helped the same relay to second place of 28 in the Penn Relays, in 8:52.80 ... second in the 800 at the Columbia Invitational (2:12.84) ... ran on 4x400 relay that broke school record.

At Rocori High: Eleven letters in track & field (6), cross country (2), and basketball (3) ... captained all three as a senior ... competed in 10 events in Minnesota state championships over a four-year period ... first in the 4x400 relay, third in 4x200, fourth in 800 as a senior ... semifinalist for Minnesota Runner of the Year in both 2002 and 2003 ... conference champ in 4x200 and 4x400 ... track & field MVP five years in a row ... honorable mention all-state, all-conference in basketball ... led 2002-03 Spartans to state championships; topped team in scoring, rebounding, and assists ... earned several academic all-conference and all-state awards ... received Rocori High and regional Triple “A” Awards (academic, arts, athletics) ... state Triple “A” finalist ...
