2005-06 Season: Ran 1:50.32 at the IC4A Championships in the 800m... finished second at Outdoor Heps in the 1500m (3:45.12); the time ranked sixth on the meet’s all-time best list ... split 1:49.3 as a member of a Columbia record-breaking 4x800m relay.

2004-05 Season: Placed second at the Mets in the 800m (1:53.93) ... member of the 4x800 relay that placed fourth at Indoor Heps.

At Bath High: One of the nation’s leading middle distance runners ... the brother of former Columbia standout Will Boylan-Pett, Liam was ranked among the nation’s top 10 in both the mile (4:10) and 800 (1:51) ... captured seven Michigan state titles in cross country and track 1600 as a sophomore; 800 and 1600 (meet record) as a junior; and the same two again as a senior, setting another meet mark in the 800 ... state XC champion in 2002, runner-up in 2003 ... led Bath’s XC team to four league titles, two regional crowns, and third place in the state his junior year ... in track & field, the Fighting Bees were four-time regional champions and Michigan state runner-up in 2004 ... named Mr. Michigan Track and Field ...
