Step Aerobics is an enjoyable, high impact, 50 minutes of exercise that will increase cardiovascular fitness, relieve tension, burn calories, improve coordination, and strengthen and stretch specific muscle groups. Each class consists of a short 5 minute warm-up, a 35-40 minute step platform work-out, a 5-10 minute cool-down segment including toning exercises for arms, torso, abdominals, legs, and a final stretching sequence.
