PHILADELPHIA, PA  -  It's officially official! The Columbia men's squash team is the Ivy Champion all alone, as the Lions went undefeated in Ivy league play to clinch the title.

Today's match was tied 4-4 going into the final match of the day - the number 1 match. It was up to Osama Khalifa to clinch the Lion's title and he did just that - defeating Penn's Andrew Douglas in three straight sets.

"It feels surreal to finally win this title," Khalifa said. "It is the best moment by far throughout my four years. We have all worked so hard to achieve this, and I couldn’t be any prouder of my teammates today."

Seniors Seif Attia and Arhum Saleem both picked up crucial victories in the win as well, as did first-years Velavan Senthilkumar and Krish Kapur

The No. 2 ranked Lions will have a week off before they head to CSA Team Nationals.
