SKILLMAN, N.J. – Men’s tennis associate head coach Howard Endelman has been honored as the ITA Assistant Coach of the Year for the Northeast region, as announced by the ITA Thursday, May 16.

Endelman, who has roots to Columbia tennis dating back to his playing days in the 1980’s, has been the associate head coach of tennis since 2010. During his time as assistant to head coach Bid Goswami, the Lions have seen a great deal of success on the court.

During the 2013 season, the Lions posted a 15-7 overall record and a 5-2 conference mark, finishing tied for second in the Ivy League. Endelman’s experience as both a collegiate and professional player has also brought a wealth of knowledge to the men’s program, leading to four All-Ivy League selections this season, including Ivy League Rookie of the Year.
