NEW YORK- The No. 19 men’s tennis team will make a run for its 11th Ivy League title this weekend as it finishes the season at Penn on Friday, April 18 and at home on Sunday, April 20 against Princeton.

The only undefeated team in Ivy League play so far, the Lions have only allowed one point in conference play. No. 15 Winston Lin stretched his winning streak to 19 at the No. 1 singles position. Teammates Ashok Narayana and Max Schnur stayed in the top-10 of the ITA doubles rankings at the No. 7 spot. The duo has been perfect in conference play so far.

Penn and Princeton are in a three-way tie with Cornell for fourth place in the Ivy League standings.  Both teams hold a 2-3 record in conference play.

First up for the Lions are the Penn Quakers. After starting the Ivy League season strong, Penn has been on a three-match losing skid. They have been performing well at home, dropping only one match to Yale two weeks ago.

The Tigers will be the season finale for the Lions. No. 61 Princeton slipped two spots in the ITA rankings after dropping both of their matches over the weekend.  The last time the Tigers faced the Lions was in the ECAC Championships, where Columbia won, 4-2. Princeton was able to walk away with the doubles point and one singles match over Narayana.
