At Wilton: Helms was two-sport athlete in soccer and lacrosse earning four varsity letters on both fields. She is a three-time first team All-FIAC selection and helped lead her team to back-to-back FIAC Championships in 2011. Helms is also a three-time first team all-state honoree. In her senior season, she captained the Warrior lacrosse team and capped her career as the schools all-time points leader as a midfielder with 305 points, including 242 goals and 63 assists.
Caroline Joy

At Bryn Mawr: As a senior, Joy put together a solid campaign in her final season. She was selected as a 2013 Baltimore Messenger All-Star and a 2013 Academic All-American. Joy also saw time with the TLC White Lacrosse Club team.
Michaela O'Connor
MF/D | 5-5 | Fr. | CC | Concord, N.H. | St. Paul’s School
At St. Paul’s: Arriving as a junior at St. Paul’s School, O’Connor became one of the best defenders on the top ranked team in the Independent School League. In 2012, she was named as an All-League honorable mention defender. The following season, she made the All-League defensive team to go along with her second academic All-America selection.
Meredith Petralia
D | 5-7 | Fr. | CC | Fairfield, Conn. | Fairfield Ludlowe High School
At Fairfield Ludlowe: As a freshmen, Petralia was a part of the 2010 lacrosse team that captured the girl’s Connecticut Division II State Championship. She is a two-time Connecticut All-State honoree and a three-time All-FIAC honoree. Petralia also garnered Academic All-America status in her junior season.
Nancy Quinn
MF | 5-3 | Fr. | CC | Radnor, Pa. | Radnor High School
At Radnor: A three-year letter winner at Radnor, Quinn was a three-sport standout in lacrosse, soccer and basketball. A two-time all-central league lacrosse selection, the midfielder put together an explosive senior season, adding an All-Delco selection, an All-Main Line selection and an All-American honorable mention to cap a PIAA state championship runner-up finish.
Sara Ruzzi

At Broadneck: A 2013 ESPN watch list defender, Ruzzi comes to Columbia as a well decorated defender. As a sophomore she was a Maximum Exposure All-Star selection and a Metro Team selection. Ruzzi is a three-time Coaches All-Anne Arundel County honoree and a two-time Academic All-American. She has also received a Brine All-American nod, a Capital All-County nod and finished her final season with a Maryland State Lacrosse Championship.
Mariel Teague
MF/D | 5-3 | Fr. | CC | Hingham, Mass. | Notre Dame Academy
At Notre Dame: Teague was a four-year letterwinner at Notre Dame Academy where she helped the Cougars to a 2013 D1 Massachusetts South Sectional Championship, the Eastern Massachusetts Championship and the Massachusetts State Championship, the first in school history. As a senior, Teague caused 72 turnovers and tallied 64 groundballs.
