NEW YORK-For the final home game of the season, the Columbia women’s lacrosse team will honor the Class of 2014 on Saturday, April 26 at 7 p.m., as they host local rival Manhattan on Robert K. Kraft Field. The Lions will look to conclude its 2014 campaign with a victory entering Saturday’s matchup with a 3-10 overall record.

LAST TIME OUT
On Wednesday, April 23, Columbia concluded the Ivy League season on the road at No. 10 Penn. Taylor Quinn led the Lions with two goals and a game-high five draw controls however, the Quakers went on to hand Columbia a 17-4 loss.
IVY LEAGUE WEEKLY HONORS
In the Ivy League Weekly performance ist released on April 21, Quinn earned her fourth weekly honor of the season. In the games against Albany and Harvard, she combined for six points, eight ground balls, eight draw controls and four caused turnovers. Despite the loss against Harvard on Saturday, April 19 , the first-year had a phenomenal day, including six points on a season-high five goals and an assist, a season-high six ground balls, three draw controls and two caused turnovers.
THE 100 CLUB
Against UMBC on Wednesday, April 9, Cuscovitch scored her 100th career goal in the second half to become the sixth Columbia player to reach the prestigious milestone. She currently stands fourth all-time with a total of 105 goals. Cuscovitch scored three points against Cornell on Saturday, March 8, including a goal and a pair of assists, to join the programs prestigious 100 career points club. Cuscovitch became the 11th player to reach the 100-point mark and with a new career total of 121 points, she ranks seventh all-time.
Throughout the season, Quinn has continued to be an instrumental force on the field for the Lions. With an average of 3.62 ground balls, Quinn stands atop the Ivy League. The first-year has tallied a team-high 47 ground balls on the season which stands a program second-best all-time. Her ground balls per game average also stands second best in the nation.
