NEW YORK – The start of the Columbia men’s soccer Fall 2014 schedule is just under six months away from commencing, but that does not mean that the team is not working hard in the offseason to prepare.
Fans seeking an early look at the Lions will have the chance on at least three occasions this spring. Columbia will host two home scrimmages against Fairfield and Stoney Brook, while also welcoming back its alumni with an opportunity to take the pitch.
The Fairfield Stags will visit the Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium on April 4 at 7:30 p.m. and Stony Brook will make the short trip from Long Island on April 19. Match time against the Seawolves is slated for 4 p.m.
On April 12 at noon, the Lions will host a small-sided alumni game.
