PRINCETON, N.J. – First-year Columbia goalkeeper Kyle Jackson has been selected as the Ivy League Rookie of the Week for the fourth time this season, as announced by the conference office Monday afternoon.

Jackson earns the award following his third Ivy League shutout of the season, a 1-0 decision at Harvard Saturday night. The Paradise Valley, Ariz. native made six saves in the match, including an acrobatic stop in the final minute of the game to keep the Crimson off the scoreboard.

Senior Quentin Grigsby was also recognized by the Ivy League, garnering a selection to the Honor Roll. Grigsby tallied Columbia’s game-winning goal and also made a nice play to stop Harvard from scoring in the first half.

Columbia wraps up the regular season Saturday, Nov. 10 with a home tilt against No. 15 Cornell. The Lions will be looking to play spoiler, as Cornell remains in the hunt for the outright Ivy League title heading into the final weekend of action.
