Fans are encouraged to use the New York City Subway A Train (IND 8th Avenue Express) to attend the Columbia football game against Cornell at the Baker Athletics Complex on Saturday.

Earlier this year, the Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) announced scheduled repairs for the New York City Subway 1 line (IRT 7th Avenue/Broadway Local) to commence in September 2010. Because of these repairs, subway service via the 1 will not be available to and from Baker Athletics Complex on the weekends for five of our six home football games. Our fans, friends, students, parents and alumni are encouraged to take the A Train to and from the Baker Athletics Complex. For additional information on MTA New York City Subway service, including planned and last-minute service interruptions, please visit http://travel.mtanyct.info/serviceadvisory/.

Prior to every home football game, Columbia University Athletics will sponsor complimentary shuttle buses from the Columbia Morningside campus to and from the Baker Athletics Complex. Buses will run starting 90 minutes prior to kickoff and return to campus immediately following the game.

For those traveling by MTA New York City Bus, the M100, Bx20 and Bx7 stop near 218th St. and Broadway. For those arriving by MTA Metro North commuter rail, the Marble Hill station is located on the north shore of Spuyten Duyvil, just across the Broadway Bridge from the Baker Athletics Complex.
