2014 Women's Soccer Schedule

NEW YORK - In about a week, the Columbia women’s soccer program will kick-off the year under new regime for the first time since 1994. The 2014 season will be led by head coach Tracey Bartholomew combined with an exciting mix of veteran players and new talent. 

Watch above as GoColumbialLions.com caught up with team captains Torie Goode, Coleen Rizzo and coach Bartholomew to grab some insight on the team's preparations and expectations for the upcoming year.

The Lions return a total of 19 players, including 10 seniors to a team that went 8-6-3 overall last season.

Columbia will begin the season at home on Friday, Sept. 5 at 7 p.m against Sacred Heart at Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium. Followed by, a trip to West Point on Sunday, Sept. 7 to take on Army at 1 p.m. to cap opening weekend.
