PRINCETON, N.J. - For the second straight week, Columbia softball boasts the Ivy League Player of the Week. Junior Emily Snodgrass earned the honor on Tuesday after helping the Lions to a 5-1 record during the week at the Rebel Spring Games.

Snodgrass hit .412 (7-for-17) for the week with five extra-base hits to spark her squad. She posted three doubles, two home runs, six RBI and scored five runs. The Canby, Ore. product, slugged .941 for the week, reaching base safely in all six games to run her streak to 10 straight contests. She smacked a three-run homer in the fifth inning to give the Lions a 3-1 win over Lehigh on March 15. She also homered in the midst of a 3-for-4 game against Rider on March 17 in which she drove in a pair and scored three times.

First-year pitcher Emily Kenyon earned a spot on the Honor Roll, posting a 2-0 record without allowing an earned run in 14 innings of work.

Columbia wraps up the Rebel Spring Games on Wednesday, March 20, with a doubleheader against Manhattan beginning at 9 a.m.
