Menís Golf Concludes Princeton Invitational in Fourth Place

PRINCETON, N.J. – Led by top-25 finishes from Harrison Shih, Andrew Kim and Brandon Jowers, the Columbia men’s golf team captured fourth place at the Princeton Invitational, held at the Springdale Golf Club.

The Lions’ top two finishers each came into the clubhouse sporting 72s, to place Shih in a tie for 17th, while Kim posted a 21st-place finish. Jowers carded a final round 76, finishing just one back of Kim in a tie for 24th.

First-years Christopher Chu and Tharusyan Pillay rounded out the Columbia lineup with 42nd and 45th-place finishes, respectively. Chu recorded a 73 through the final 18 holes, while Pillay shot the team’s lowest round of the day with an even-par 71.

Columbia will wrap up the regular season next weekend in Raleigh, N.C., competing in the Wolfpack Spring Open hosted by N.C. State.
