Columbia Hosts Northern Manhattan Neighbors Appreciation Day Saturday at Football Home Opener

Columbia Athletics is thrilled to be hosting the third annual Northern Manhattan Neighbors Appreciation Day this Saturday, Sept. 28, 2013 at Columbia’s first home football game of the 2013 season. Columbia will face Monmouth University at the Baker Athletics Complex (located on 218th Street and Broadway) starting at 12:30 p.m.
 
All residents in the communities of Northern Manhattan are invited to attend this Columbia Football game as our special guests!
 
Our neighbors and their families are invited to experience a fun-filled day which includes special promotions such as:
 
Free food samples from restaurants in Northern Manhattan
Free beverages in our Pre-game Picnic Area
Free gifts for the first 1,000 fans through the gates
Free posters, magnets and game programs
Free face-painting station for fans of all ages
-  Photo opportunities with our mascot, Roar-ee the Lion
 
Residents from Northern Manhattan may receive complimentary game tickets by presenting proof of address at the entrance to the Baker Athletics Complex on Saturday, September 28, beginning at 11:00 a.m.
