Roberts and teammate Loweye Diedro each finished 15-3 at the Ivy League Championships this past weekend at Yale. The 15-3 records tied for second best in women's sabre at the round-robin tournament. Roberts ultimately posted an 82-30 point differential in the two-day competition and her 3-0 sweep of Harvard helped spur Columbia to a 14-13 victory.

Spear was named the Ivy League Men's Rookie of the Year and the Most Outstanding Performer on the men's side. Spear went 13-2 in men's sabre at the Ivy League Championships and swept all three bouts vs. Yale to help lift Columbia to a 15-12 victory. Spear also posted a 3-0 record against eventual Ivy League champion Princeton in a hard-fought 14-13 setback.
