2013-14: Picked up a victory in the 100 free on the road at Bucknell with a time of 46.89...

2012-13: At the 2013 Ivy League Championships placed 11th in the 200IM for the third straight year, along with 12th in the 200 breaststroke and 17th in the 100 breaststroke.

2011-12: At the 2012 Ivy League Championships placed 7th in the 200 breaststroke, 11th in the 200 IM, and 14th in the 100 breaststroke.

2010-11: Made an impact as a member of the IM/breaststroke corps, scoring points in four different events at the 2011 Ivy League championships … part of the 800 freestyle relay team that placed third overall … qualified for the consolation final of the 200 IM, coming in third in his heat and 11th overall with a time of 1:50.95 … qualified for the consolation finals of the 100 breaststroke, finishing 13th overall in 57.42 … qualified for the consolation finals of the 200 breast, placing 15th overall with a time of 2:05.28. 

At Torrington: Earned four varsity letters in swimming … team captain his senior year … Connecticut State Open Champion in the 200 IM (2010) … earned All-American honors his senior year in the 200 IM and the 100 breast … earned all-state honors his junior and senior years … named all-league each of his four years … also swam for the Northwest YMCA Lasers.

Personal: Biology major ... son of Lisa and Jerry Traub … both parents swam for the University of Maine … named Academic All-American his senior year … United States Army Reserve National Scholar/Athlete Award recipient.
