Men's Squash To Face No.13 Brown, No.20 Bowdoin, and No. 2 Yale

NEW YORK-The Columbia men's squash team will look to bounce back from a 7-2 loss to Navy with a very competitive weekend. The Lions will play three matches in two days on the road, including two Ivy League matches. Up first on Saturday, Jan. 14 at 2:30pm is #13 Brown in Providence, R.I. Columbia will head to New Haven, Conn. on Sunday, January 15 to play a double header facing #20 Bowdin at 9am and #2 Yale at 11:30 am.

SCOUTING THE BEARS

The Bears at 3-0 on the season will look to get its first Ivy League win of the year facing the Lions. Brown comes off convincing wins at the Wesleyan Round Robin defeating #18 Connecticut College and #21 Wesleyan.

SCOUTING THE POLAR BEARS

The Bowdoin Polar Bears will enter the weekend at 3-5 looking to bounce back from two consecutive loses to #15 Navy and #10 Williams. The Polar Bears will face the Lions as its fourth match in three days.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS

Ivy League foe Yale currently post a 3-0 season record and hold a #2 national ranking. The Bulldogs return two 2011 All-Ivy selections in juniors Kenneth Chan and Richard Dodd.  Yale's most recent victories include 9-0 sweeps over Haverford and #22 Amherst.

UP NEXT

The Lions will compete in the Pioneer Valley Invitational in Amherst, Mass. from Friday, Jan. 20 to Sunday, Jan. 22.
