NEW YORK - The No. 12 Columbia men's squash team will close out the 2013-14 regular season this weekend with two Ivy League contests as they make a final push to enter the top eight in the national rankings. The Lions will host its final home match at the SL Green StreetSquash Center on Friday, Feb. 7 against No. 7 Princeton at 8 p.m. On Sunday, Feb. 9, Columbia will travel to No. 10 Penn to face the Quakers at 1 p.m.

The Lions are coming off back-to-back Ivy League home matches last weekend, highlighted by an 8-1 upset of No. 11 Dartmouth. On Saturday, Feb. 1, Columbia made program history with their first ever win over the Big Green.
At 4-6, 2-3 in the Ivy League, the Tigers have went one and four in his last five matches, including a 9-0 win against Brown. No. 7 Princeton was edged by No. 3 Yale, 5-4 in their last outing in a tough battle at Jadwin Squash Courts.
The Quakers have three of the last four matches to improve to 7-3 overall on the season and 3-2 in the Ivy League. In their four game home stretch, No. 10 Penn picked up wins over Drexel, Brown, and an upset of No. 7 Princeton.
