Coach Mangurian on Connor Nelligan: Had a great year, but can still improve. We will look at him in the slot during spring. Must become a more precise route runner and develop chemistry with the quarterbacks. Coverage recognition must improve. Has position flexibility, can move him for the best match up. Has worked extremely hard in the off-season. Can get a lot better. Not effected by his success. He got here by effort and focus and he will only improve if he continues the same way

2011: Played in seven games ... totaled 5 tackles on special teams ... recovered fumble on Hail Mary throw to record first collegiate touchdown vs. Albany.

At Benet Academy: Four-year letter winner ... team captain as a senior ... 2010 All-West Suburban Catholic Conference ... 2010 Naperville Sun All-City ... 2010 Daily Herald All-Area ... named team MVP ... during senior season, amassed 42 catches for 574 yards and nine touchdowns ... added six carries for 146 yards and one touchdown along with a passing touchdown ... also, added one interception return for a touchdown.
