title at the Farnsworth/Princeton Inivitational (9/14-16/12) ... Reached the
doubles 'A' flight consolation finals at the BJK NTC Men's Collegiate
Invitational (9/21-23/12) ... With Max Schnur, reached the doubles consolation
finals at the ITA All-American Championships (10/4-7/12) with wins over No. 50
Tulsa (Grant/Jackson), No. 24 LSU (Arias/Simpson) and No. 6 Tennessee
(Collins/Reese) ... Won the ITA Northeast Regional Doubles Championship with
teammate Schnur (10/18-23/12) ... Competed at the ITA/USTA National Indoor
Intercollegiate Championships, winning one doubles match in the consolation
draw (11/9/12).
Spring 2012: Unanimously selected to the
All-Ivy League Doubles First-Team ... Posted a 17-3 singles mark, playing
primarily as the No. 4, and went 15-8 in doubles, playing all but one match as
the No. 1 ... Opened the season with four singles victories, all in straight sets
... Beat FDU's Arvis Berzins (2/24/12) and Army's Alex Van Velze (2/25/12),
helping Columbia to wins in each match ... Rallied past SMU's Tobias Flood in
three sets (3/14/12) ... Went 6-1 in the Ivy League in singles competition ... Won
all three of his doubles matches at the ECAC Team Tournament (2/17-19/12) ... Recorded
a 5-2 mark in the Ivy League in doubles ... Narrowly fell in the NCAA Tournament
to No. 63 Heugas/Baroz from VCU 9-8 (7-4) (5/12/12).
Fall 2011: Advanced to the doubles quarterfinals at ITA Northeast Regionals with Max Schnur, beating a team from Drexel, the No.9 seeds from Yale, and upsetting the No.1 seeds from Brown in the round of 16 … Advanced to the finals of the B singles draw at the USTA National Tennis Center Invitational … Beat players from Princeton, Penn and the top-seeded player from Brown to advance to the finals, where he fell to teammate Winston Lin … Won the B doubles draw of the Columbia Classic with Max Schnur … Advanced to the finals of the consolation in the A doubles bracket at the Princeton/Farnsworth Invitational with partner Nathaniel Gery, beating teams from Princeton and Penn … Also advanced to the finals of the B singles bracket at the Columbia Classic, beating players from Fairleigh Dickinson, Penn and St. John’s.
