YORK - From Friday, February 24 - Sunday, February 26 the Columbia women's squash team
will compete in the 2012 CSA National Championships at Harvard University's
Murr Center. The 13th ranked Lions will face 12th ranked
Williams College for their first match in the Kurtz Cup (B Division) on Friday,
Feb. 24 at 1:30 p.m.
At
5-10 on the year, Columbia will enter the match looking to avenge a 7-2 home loss suffered
earlier this season to the Ephs. First-year Dheeya Somaiya and Sophomore Skylar Dickey earned both wins for the Lions. Somaiya won 3-0 at no. 5 and Dickey would
come back to win 4-1 after dropping the first game at no. 7.
