NEW YORK - The 2012 Columbia baseball "Strikes and Stuff"
Pitching Camp will take place on October
28th, November 11th
and November 18 at Robertson Field at Satow Stadium.
The camp, open to ages 12-17, is designed to give each
participant in-depth instruction in all things pitching.
Lessons include but are not limited to: throwing lead-up
drills, mechanics 101 sessions, one-on-one bullpen instruction throwing off a
mound, radar gun velocities, arm stretch/health program, pitching specific
conditional drill, controlling the running game and fielding your position.
