NEW YORK - After downing Binghamton Wednesday at the Rocco B. Commisso Soccer Stadium, the Columbia men's soccer team will return to road Ivy League action, taking on Dartmouth Saturday at 7 p.m.

Sophomore Antonio Matarazzo headed home the game-winning goal off a Bryce Terrill corner kick with 12 seconds left to lift Columbia to a 2-1 defeat of Binghamton Wednesday at the Columbia Soccer Stadium.
First-year Nicholas Pappacena scored his second goal of the year in the 59th minute to open the scoring, but the Bearcats countered with the equalizer off a free kick six minutes later.
SCOUTING THE BIG GREEN
Dartmouth enters Saturday’s contest in search of its first Ivy League victory after beginning Ivy League play with three losses. The Big Green got back in the win column Tuesday night with a 1-0 win at Colgate.
Alex Adelabu has paced the Big Green offense with 10 points and four goals. Colin Heffron and Stefan Defragger have also been important in the offense, posting three assists each.
James Hickok and Stefan Cleveland have split time in goal for Dartmouth, as each has made six starts. Hickok holds the edge in GAA and save percentage at 0.59 and .875 percent, respectively.
LAST TIME VS. DARTMOUTH
The Big Green spoiled the Lions homecoming game last season, striking twice in the opening half and holding on for a 2-1 victory. Adelabu netted the first goal for Dartmouth in the eighth minute and Patrick Murray followed six minutes later with the second goal.
COMING UP CLUTCH
Antonio Matarazzo has recorded a team-best three game-winning goals, including a header with 12 seconds left Wednesday, Oct. 23 to defeat Binghamton.
Through the first nine games of the 2013 season the Lions racked up 15 goals, three more than they scored the entire 2012 season. The Lions have scored 18 goals to date this season, the second-highest total in the Ancient Eight.
TALE OF TWO HALVES
The Lions doubled their first half goal total with two strikes Saturday, Oct. 5 against Brown. Of the Lions 18 goals this season, 13 have come after the halftime.
